That's Ann reviewing with the owner
all the points taken
off for items not working; but the the guy was still smiling!

Seminar

Ray Morrison, '66 National Team Lead,
did the Judging School presentation inside the Conference Room at Old
Town, Florida
with 109 people at this seminar. |
The outside Seminar was limited to 50 people
each day. Alan Foster shows his 87 Corvette.

 |
Having the car raised helps show specific examples of
Chassis judging.
There's no way to point out judged items underneath when the car only has
a 4 inch ground clearance! |
 |
 |
Alan had to replace the exhaust on his
'87, but was able to get factory parts with
the right numbering.
|
Tom Hill, GM Engineering Manager at
the Corvette Bowling Green plant,
was Alan's guest. He came by the
Seminar for a while and spoke about
how it was in the plant when the C-4's and
ZR-1's were built. |
 |
 |
A lot of time was spent on the straight axles.
This '55 was a 99 point car that attempted
Performance Verification. |
