Rachel DeLago, Board Member – Director
Dundee, MI
Biography
Rachel DeLago was introduced to the sport of drag racing in 2001 while working in Public Relations at Mac Tools; the passion was instantaneous. She started working at Kalitta Motorsports in 2007 and currently serves as General Manager. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Toledo and is currently working on her master’s degree in Communications Management at the University of Southern California.
She joined the Christian Motorsports International Board of Directors in 2017, after supporting the organization for over a decade. God works through all kinds of people and she says, “Racers for Christ is our way of knowing God is a Drag Racing fan. Watching lives being changed while cars are running 330 mph is nothing short of a miracle. The behind the scenes work RFC does sometimes goes unnoticed and that’s something she’s committing to changing during her time serving the board.”
Another goal of serving the board would be to spread a contagious positivity to everyone the ministry touches.
She counts her blessings from God which include an incredibly awesome job, a solid and healthy family, two amazing children and she knows one day, he will bless her on a Saturday in November with a Michigan Wolverine win over the Ohio State Buckeyes.
She was born and raised in Michigan, where she currently resides with her husband, Tommy and two children, Jack and Kenley.
