This contest is sponsored by Racers For Christ (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

• Open to participants of all ages.

• Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.

• Racers For Christ volunteers, staff, board members, and their immediate family members are eligible to participate.

• Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

• Participants may enter by completing one (1) of the two (2) official coloring designs available on the Racers For Christ website.

• Participants may use any coloring medium they choose, including but not limited to colored pencils, crayons, markers, paint, or a combination of media.

• Only one (1) design may be submitted per person.

• Completed entries must be uploaded to the Racers For Christ website by the stated deadline.

Voting

• Voting will take place online through the Racers For Christ website during the designated voting period.

• Each voter may assign a rating of 1–3 stars to a coloring page only once.

• Any attempt to manipulate ratings or voting, including automated activity or duplicate accounts, may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be determined by the highest total number of stars received in each category at the end of the voting period.

• In the event of a tie, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the winner using a reasonable tie-breaking method.

• All decisions made by the Sponsor are final.

Prizes

• Prizes are subject to change based on availability.

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within one (1) week following the close of the voting period.

Use of Artwork

• By submitting an entry, participants (or parents/guardians for minors) grant Racers For Christ a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, display, and share submitted artwork for ministry, promotional, and marketing purposes.

Release and Limitation of Liability

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Racers For Christ, its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the contest.

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
