Sunglasses Day Photo Contest

Sponsor
The RFC Sunglasses Day Photo Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Racers For Christ (“RFC”).

Eligibility
The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Individuals under 18 may participate with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Employees, staff members, and individuals involved in selecting the winner are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period
Entries will be accepted on Saturday, June 27 through Monday, June 29, 2026.

How to Enter
Participants may submit one photo showing themselves wearing sunglasses and demonstrating their love for motorsports.

Entries may be submitted by:
• Replying to the contest email sent by RFC
• Commenting on the official RFC contest post on social media
• Sending the photo to RFC through a direct message on social media

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they own the photo and have permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in the photo.

Judging
RFC staff will review all eligible entries and select their favorite submission as the winner. All judging decisions are final.

Prize
The winner will receive an RFC Prize Pack. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.

Winner Notification
The winner will be announced on July 4. RFC will attempt to contact the winner using the email address or social media account associated with the entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, RFC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity Release
By entering the Contest, participants grant RFC permission to use, publish, reproduce, and display submitted photos, names, and likenesses for promotional, marketing, ministry, and social media purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Content Requirements
Entries must not contain:
• Offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
• Material that infringes on another person’s rights
• Content that promotes illegal or unsafe activities

RFC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these requirements.

Limitation of Liability
RFC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically malfunctioning entries. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless RFC, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.

General Conditions
RFC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. Participation in the Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.

Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest and for RFC communications consistent with its privacy practices.
