In March, my wife Kelly and I are embarking on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and I’m inviting YOU to join us on the journey!

Our Road Trip will follow iconic Route 66 from the Chicago area to Santa Monica, CA, in a remarkable milestone year that includes the 100th anniversary of Route 66, America’s 250th birthday, the 75th anniversary of the NHRA, and the 55th anniversary of Racers For Christ.

Our 10-day trip (Mar. 25 – Apr. 3) will span nearly 2,500 miles and include stops at racetracks, businesses, historic landmarks, and gathering points along America’s Main Street. We want to connect with as many racers, rodders, race fans, RFC supporters, and fellow chaplains as possible—strengthening relationships, encouraging one another, and having some fun along the way.

This adventure is going to be about far more than miles and destinations, though—it’s going to be about people. I hope you’ll consider meeting up with us somewhere along the way, or maybe even driving a portion—or all!—of the Mother Road with us! As we travel together, we look forward to meaningful conversations, shared moments of reflection, and opportunities to come alongside one another in what will be a historic event for RFC in a historic year.
